Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Chief Retail Banking Officer, work hand-in-hand with a web developer to develop and launch custom interfaces with Retail loan origination software (LOS).  Assess the needs of the business to put the right systems in place, from the beginning. . Keep critical systems operating so that business teams can focus on high quality customer experience and profitability. Distill complex information and bring human touch to technology solutions. Train internal users and troubleshoot issues standing in the way of optimal performance. Display a hands-on approach, strategic mindset, strong time management skills, and an ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Education and/or Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or other business related degree required. Four to six years of related experience administering an LOS and Loan Workflows, with a minimum of four years of related experience at a bank or other financial institution.
