- Manager: Use your dedication to quality to run a Dunkin’ Donuts First Cup store. As a Manager or Assistant Manager, you will work to assess store performance, train and develop team members, and communicate your store’s goals and challenges.
- Crew Manager: Use your passion for people to serve guests and work with a team. As a Crew Manager, your main responsibilities will include taking orders, filling orders and running the cash register.
- Shift Leader: Use your magnetic personality to lead and coach a team. Communicate goals, hold team members accountable and ensure restaurant standards are executed at each shift. The most important task? Ensuring your guests have exceptional service.
