Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join the trademark practice of its Intellectual Property Group in its Seattle office. We represent many well-known companies, including major media, entertainment, and technology brands, as well as mid-size and emerging companies based in the PNW. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement. Experience with cease & desist letters, enforcement proceedings before the TTAB, and trademark litigation support is preferred.
Candidates with law firm experience, excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity and a self-starter mindset will excel in this position. Outstanding writing and oral advocacy skills are required. All applications are confidential.
