Reebok International, LTD has an exciting new role in our North American Retail Division! The Retail Training Manager will play an integral role to provide and implement a training culture in the Retail Field exemplifying customer service standards, selling techniques, and product knowledge. The person will analyze business needs and provide training solutions while ensuring consistency among 1800 employee across 141 stores. This role is essential to elevating the standards of our training programs, driving stronger performance and business results.
Key Accountabilities:
* Design and implement Retail training strategy, plans & calendar according to time-lines and budget.
* Create overall learning strategy and training delivery strategy with a clear impact on creating and enhancing organizational capabilities.
* The lead person for rolling out the global initiative SHINE and Retail University to the field.
* Responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving all modules for Reebok s Retail University.
* Control both qualitative and quantitative outcomes of retail training. Report these evaluations on a monthly basis.
* Act as the leader and expert on all retail products and technology. Ensure all field members have proficient knowledge and are able to apply it effectively in the role, positively impacting the business.
* Develop training plans for the retail store level.
* Lead, coach and teach Market Retail Trainer with an aim to drive performance and increase business knowledge
* Reproduce training materials in a cost efficient way.
* Analyze situations and synthesize information to come to creative and workable solutions.
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
* Bachelor s Degree
* 5 years of experience in developing and implementing trainings concepts
* Experience working in Retail
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in one-on-one situations and in group presentations; experience in facilitating group and team meetings.
* Strong methodical, functional, interpersonal, and personal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to travel when needed
