The Retail Store Manager, manages store staff and operations within budgetary guidelines and ensures compliance with all company procedures and policies. Responsible for effective merchandising and sufficient inventory levels to meet customer demand. Trains and evaluates staff. Identifies and resolves daily operational issues and ensure company assets are safeguarded.

Skills / Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma plus prior retail experience and two years supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of overall retail store operations and P&L functions. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to interact with customers (bi-lingual preferred in some areas).
  • Ability to stand for 7-8 hours per day and lift 50 pounds. Must have a valid
  • California driver-s license, automobile insurance and DMV printout at time of application. Ability to work flexible schedules required.
