A Leasing Consultants primary role is sales. If you have strong sales and customer service skills, along with the ability to get along with diverse personalities this, this may be the position for you! You will be responsible for leasing apartments and achieving maximum occupancy. . This is a full time position requiring some weekend hours.

Skills / Requirements

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Develop full knowledge of application information required to screen a prospective resident

  • Complete lease paperwork with new residents

  • Understand lease terms and all community policies

  • Shop competitive properties as requested

  • Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident files

  • Plays an active role in the renewal process

  • Responsible for assisting the Administrative Manager in collection of delinquent rents

  • Perform property walks through vacant apartments, models, clubhouse, fitness center and all other common areas to ensure maximum sales potential

  • Develop relationships with new residents and ensure "Move in Process" is being adhered to

  • Assist with company sponsored resident events

  • Assist in resident related issues as they arise
