Job: Assistant Retail Manager - Food Service

Jobing Description

Seeking a creative, talented leader with food service marketing, merchandising, culinary and retail expertise. Selected candidate will be able to develop a marketing plan for different sites. Be responsible for retail training including HACCP and safety awareness. Candidate should be able to learn and train Comp. Nutrition including POS and provide oversight to cashiers and enhance all customer service procedures. Must have 3 years food/retail service management experience with good communication and writing skills. Military food svc experience preferred. Associates Degree required and intermediate computer skills. Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check.
